Fashion Show

Last week, I attended an Elie Tahari Fashion Show at Saks in Phipps Plaza. Some people like to go to bars, baseball games, etc., but a perfect night for me is doing something like this.

Saks is always set up so nicely whenever the store has an event. We were greeted with glasses of champagne and a cute runway setup.

The coolest thing about the Elie Tahari fashion show was that Elie Tahari was there! He co-hosted it with the lovely Ashley Stamoulis, giving us details about his new designs, which I was drooling over btw.

I broke out my faux snakeskin boots even though it was 90 degrees that day. I paired with a distressed denim skirt (that kept ripping) and an old white sleeveless turtleneck.

It was great to meet Elie Tahari. He was very nice and quite comical during the show.

A few weeks ago I was asked to assist with the opening of a MedSpa in Marietta.

It was a fun night of food, prizes and all things med-spa. I learned a lot about botox, body shaping and IVs. I enjoyed introducing/interviewing the clinic’s doctor and had a great time networking and mingling.

Bloggers Brunch

I'm so behind in updating this blog. (I feel like I start every post like this).

I wanted to post about an event I hosted for the second time. The Bloggers' Block 'Blogger Brunch' took place toward the end of April at the chic AC Hotel in Buckhead. I was honored to be asked to host the event again because I had such a fun time last year.

I originally planned to wear a dress I bought from the Dillard's Clearance Center in Montgomery, Alabama but I then deemed it too dressy. So i scoured Revolve quickly and found this white wrap dress with red polka dots.

Find the dress HERE - There aren't many sizes left but if you can fit an XS, you'll score it on sale.

Dayana Brown, founder of The Bloggers Block, does such a great job finding talent to share their insight at these brunches. It's very cool to hear from local influencers and to learn how they've made social media a full-time, lucrative job!
