When one door closes...

So Mint by Sandpiper, a cute little boutique near Inman Park, is closing at the end of the month. It stinks for them (they lost their lease) but shoppers are making out pretty good! That's because Mint has deeply discounted EVERYTHING. Would you believe this originally priced $595 Milly dress was just $50!

I saw it and thought it was cute - but where the heck was I going to wear it!?

I had a friends wedding coming up and I already had a dress for that. But I decided to hold off on the dress I already bought to wear this eye-catching pink and black floral one.

I paired it with some clear jelly heels from DSW and a white purse from Forever 21. The whole outfit was a steal. Love when that happens.

Now I did find the dress on Milly's website. It is on sale, not quite $50 but ya know. Find it in the shop the post section below

denim on denim

The title says it all. A quick, easy date night outfit. Threw on some white Steve Madden Heels and called it a day!

As much as I dislike jeans, I do love denim shorts, denim dresses, denim jackets, etc., so I've compiled a list of some great denim products! Check it out after the pics :)

Plaid for the CIRCUS

So we went to the UNIVERSOUULL circus the other week. It was my first time going and I recommend to ANYONE, especially those with children. It was so exciting and so fun.

I got off work and threw this number together. A plaid button up from H&M that, if you look back on pics, you'll see i wear ALL THE TIME. A shredded skirt from Zara and white booties. Topped it off with a red beret from JCREW that finally went on sale and voila!

A soft burnt orange

Yes fall is over and done with - but burnt orange is working during these last weeks of Winter. One of the best parts about the seasons changing (in fashion anyway), is the sales. Right now is when you're going to find all the fall/winter clothes on sale. And there have been some bomb sales lately!

Take this Helmut Lang burnt umber dress. I scooped it at Last Call on a sale rack. Yes it's last season but yes it still works (duh). I got it at a steal - more than half off full price.

These Sam Edelman shoes will go down as one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I bought them probably five years ago and they are still so "in." They're fun and eye-catching and I am always getting compliments on them. They don't make them anymore so I'm so glad I bought them when I did!
